Shipping policy

Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you would see at checkout:

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Any unforeseen circumstances such as potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service problems:

Due to lockdowns and restrictions impacting our handmade production process, all order deliveries range between 2 weeks to 4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the notification that your order has been shipped to your designated address.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping to countries in Australia & New Zealand.

If you would like to have express shipping, you can send us an email to request this option. Extra shipping charges will be incurred.  

How do I check my order fulfilment status?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. However, we would not be able to include a tracking number you can use to check its status as we ship untracked to lower our shipping costs. If you would like to opt for an express shipping option, you can send us an email to request for such an option. Extra shipping charges will be incurred.  

Delivery

Deliveries are made as soon as we finish our production. As we ship untracked to keep our shipping at a minimal cost, we are unable to provide a tracking code for your end. However, our normal delivery period would be within 10 days after we’ve notified you via email that we have fulfilled your order.
